I love smoothie bowls, they are my absolute favourite way to start my day. Smoothie bowls are packed with nutrition, a perfect combination of protein, carb and fat to break the eight hour long fast. Smoothie bowls are totally customisable as per your taste. I loke to add fresh green leafy veggies to my smoothies in this way we can get all the benefits from green leafy veggie without even tasting them.
In this smoothie bowl I have used my favourite fruit banana and peanut butter for the healthy fats. For greens I have used kale and as we all know kale is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin A, manganese, and copper; a very good source of vitamin B6, fiber, calcium, potassium, vitamin E, and vitamin B2; and a good source of iron, magnesium vitamin B1, omega-3 fats, phosphorus, protein, folate, and vitamin B3.
