A smoothie bowl is breakfast all on its own – healthy and very filling. This mixed berry smoothie bowl is so quick, easy, delicious and super healthy. A great breakfast to start your day with. I usually put in less liquid as I prefer my smoothie bowls to have the consistency of ice cream. Imagine having a dessert for breakfast and you’re already winning.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Frozen mixed berries(strawberry, blueberry, cranberry)
  • ½ Cup Almond milk
  • 1 Scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  • ½ Cup Spinach
  • TOPPINGS
  • Granola
  • Hemp seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Dark chocolate
Directions
  • Step 1 Add almond milk, berries, chia seeds, cinnamon and protein powder to the pitcher of a blender and blend.
  • Step 2 Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!.
