I usually put in less liquid as I prefer my smoothie bowls to have the consistency of ice cream. Imagine having a dessert for breakfast and you’re already winning.
Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- 1 Cup Frozen mixed berries(strawberry, blueberry, cranberry)
- ½ Cup Almond milk
- 1 Scoop protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- ½ Cup Spinach
- Hemp seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Dark chocolate
- Step 1 Add almond milk, berries, chia seeds, cinnamon and protein powder to the pitcher of a blender and blend.
- Step 2 Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!.
