Usually a smoothie is my favourite way to start morning. However I recently started trying smoothie bowls as a way to change things up and I am in love!

Peach Smoothie Bowl Recipe

A thick, creamy, protein filled peach smoothie served in a bowl topped with pumpkin seeds, goji berries, chia seeds and pistachio is a fun and filling breakfast! Peaches are rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, and copper. Peaches are low in calories, contain no saturated fat or cholesterol, and are a good source of dietary fiber. This smoothie can also be a great post workout meal.

Ingredients
  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup Frozen peach
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Almond milk
  • ½ Scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp seeds
  • TOPPINGS
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Chia seeds
  • Pistachio
Directions
  • Step 1 Add the peach, almond milk, banana and protein powder to the pitcher of a blender and blend.
  • Step 2 Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!.
