This recipe is easy kid-friendly lunchbox recipe: fruit and nut lunch wraps. They are super fast to make, just grab whatever fruits lying in the fridge and throw it in a wrap and kids will love them. Also these wraps are naturally sweet and a perfect combination of protein, complex carb and healthy fats.
These wraps are vegan and can be made gluten-free as well just use gluten-free tortillas. I have used banana in this recipe you can use any fruit of your choice. Also, I have used almonds and raisins but you can use nuts and dried fruit of you choice.
Fruit & Nut Wrap Recipe
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla or chapati without ghee
- 1 Tablespoon Nut butter
- Sliced banana
- Sliced almonds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Step 1 Spread nut butter over tortilla.
- Step 2 Top it with sliced banana, almonds, raisins and cinnamon.
- Step 3 Roll it up, if you want you can cut it in half and enjoy!
